This Water Assessment Tax Bill is due and payable on February 1, 2008. (2015)
This assessment ($4,566.78) may be made in seven equal annual payments of principal with interest at the rate of 5% per annum. If you elect to make installment payments, the first payment will be due on February 1, 2008 and the remaining payments shall be due on the first day of February each year thereafter until paid in full. There is no penalty or discount for early payment.
