HGTV’s Beachfront Bargain Hunt featured Buy the Beach Realty’s
Realtor, Kelly Dean and her wonderful clients Scott and Tammy Forshaw, this
past week. The film crew was on location in Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head and focused
on homes and condos within a $350,000 budget. The Forshaw’s are from Virginia
and have vacationed in the Outer Banks for years. They know and love the area
and were interested in finding a property close to the beach with water views.
They wanted a place to relax and enjoy spending time with their family and
friends. The Outer Banks was the perfect location for them.
HGTV filmed the segment over a period of four days and
visited the Nags Head pier, Shallowbag Bay and several other local attractions.
The crew came primarily from New York and fell in love with our little piece of
paradise. They worked 12 hour days to film the footage of the homes and get the
perfect shot. They were extremely professional and very kind.
